Choosing the right address
We keep five addresses rather than one, so that a data request is not sitting behind a queue of gameplay questions and a legal notice is not answered by the wrong person. Pick whichever fits; if none of them do, write to the general address and we will pass it on.
Players and gameplay
[email protected]Rules, a game that will not load, a balance that looks wrong, anything about how the site behaves.
General and press
[email protected]Anything that is not one of the others: partnerships, questions about the company, press enquiries.
Data requests
[email protected]Access, correction, deletion, objection — anything under the GDPR that concerns your address.
Data protection officer
[email protected]For matters that should reach our data protection officer directly rather than the general privacy desk.
Legal notices
[email protected]Formal notices, intellectual property questions and anything concerning the terms of use.
Write to us
Choose the desk, write the message, and it opens in your own mail program already addressed.
This form sends nothing by itself. It hands the message to your own mail program with the right address, subject and text already filled in, so you can read it over and press send yourself. Nothing is stored here. Or write to this address directly.
