1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of luminarixs.com and everything on it. By opening the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
We may change these terms; the version published here is always the one in force, and material changes are noted at the top of this page for thirty days.
2. Age
The site is for people aged eighteen or over. You confirm your age on the first visit. Providing a false answer is a breach of these terms and we may end your access.
3. What the credits are, and are not
All play on this site uses virtual credits. Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred between accounts, gifted, redeemed for cash, goods, services or any other benefit, and they carry no claim of any kind against RIKODU SRL.
Credit balances are stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, using a different device or using a private window will produce a fresh balance. We do not keep a copy and we cannot restore one.
4. Accounts
An account requires an email address and nothing else. There is no password, no profile and no payment method. Creating an account grants a fixed number of virtual credits and makes a further fixed grant available at intervals described on the site.
You must use an address you control. You may remove your address at any time through the removal page, which ends the account immediately.
5. Fair use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site: no automated play, no attempt to alter stored balances, no reverse engineering intended to change outcomes, no scraping at a rate that burdens the service, and no use of the site to distribute anything unlawful.
Because credits have no value, manipulating a balance gains nothing. We still reserve the right to end access where the operation of the site is affected.
6. Availability
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may add, change, suspend or withdraw any game at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is a service you have paid for.
7. Outcomes
Every game outcome is produced by the random number generator built into your browser. Published return figures and house margins are long-run theoretical values calculated from each game's rules and reward table. They describe the behaviour of the game over a very large number of rounds and say nothing about any particular session.
8. Intellectual property
The name Luminarixs, the site design, the artwork, the written explanations and the code are the property of RIKODU SRL. You may read and use the site as intended. You may not copy, republish or redistribute its content or code without written permission.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIKODU SRL is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. Since no money changes hands and no credit has value, no financial loss can arise from play itself. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
